Making sure a project is going the way it should is mostly what I do. This entails developing a schedule, hiring the right personnel, confirming budgets, coordinating meetings and making sure our clients are satisfied. We make decisions based on our ability to deliver desired results, not on how much we can invoice. Maybe that’s why some of our clients have been with us for over ten years. I also handle business development and have been involved in numerous sales meetings when qualifying new prospective clients, In addition to identifying who are new clients should be. It always comes down to who we can help the most and whether a union can be mutually beneficial.
